Crimson Desert Map And Landscape Details

The Crimson Desert release date is not far away, and we all want to get onto the game as soon as possible. The game tells the story of Pywel Island, a vast continent of varied weather patterns, divided regions inhabited by people struggling to survive in challenging situations and ever-changing lands.

Although not released by the company, the map of Crimson Desert is doing lots of rumors ahead of the May 2025 worldwide release, and we have collected and created an expected landscape for players with all the information we have.

Crimson Desert Map and Landscape Locations

The map starts from the vast plains of the Akapen region to the inhospitably cold lands of Kweiden, also known as the barren Desert. Each province within Pywel Island possesses its unique architectural beauty.

As seen in multiple trailers of the game, the other cities of Pywel are Desert Oases or Kweiden’s Ulsrund, known as the land of the wolf. This location encounters filthy alleys, destitute hovels, and multiple marketplace languages that would make even a Troll blush.

More Demo scenes and map area is expected, with full lighting set up in the coming days.

Each area has a unique nature that is mythical and deeper in gritty realism. All these locations have their ancient mysteries to explore, along with mercenaries who all have to survive with Macduff – the story’s main character.

The total area or landscape of the Crimson Desert Map is around 400 square kilometers and has both cold and summer seasons. The game is expected to feature multiple characters with both male and female leads, and gameplay is designed mainly for a single player. A multiplayer option will also be available going forward.

The game will be available on multiple platforms next year and clash with GTA 6.
