The Pearl Abyss released another gameplay demo at the Gamescom 2024 event in Germany. The Crimson Desert Queen Stoneback Crab Boss battle gameplay trailer shows another monster threat—the Queen Stoneback Crab.

Crimson Desert Queen Stoneback Crab Boss Details

The game trailer’s initial part shows the conversation between Kliff and his ally, Diederik. They both try to get on top of a gem-crusted boulder, which sits stoic and silent and is a dazzling prism of riches. Its shimmering marvel lures those intoxicated by greed to a seemingly innocuous hillock. Once they draw near, the Queen Stoneback Crab emerges to swiftly send all trespassers to an early gravy. Kliff, on the other hand, fights back with his sword and shield and attacks Stoneback Crab’s weak spots to get rid of her.

The intensive battle showcases the full range of weapon mechanics. The camera adapts to the fight very well, and the gameplay looks diverse and brutal at the same time.

The company released two more gameplay trailers with boss battles—Reed Devil and Staglord. The various threats shown in the last few trailers take the game to a whole new level, and fans are just waiting for the official release.

Pearl Abyss still needs to provide an ETA for the worldwide release of Crimson Desert. However, the game is expected to be released in May next year. It will be available on different platforms, including PlayStation 5, with single- and multiplayer options.

The South Korean company is yet to decide on the official price of Crimson Desert and the download guide for the PC version.
