Crimson Desert’s recent gameplay boss battles flared up the fans at Gamescom 2024, and the real big question now is about its release date and pre-order news.

The open-world adventure game was first announced five years back by the South Korean developer, and since then, there have been many delays in the project, which uses the new-gen Blackspace engine. Now, as we approach 2024 end, the game is expected to be released soon for beta testing before it is available for all.

Crimson Desert Pre order Details – Can I pre-order Crimson Desert online?

Since Pearl Abyss has not officially revealed the release date for the game, the pre-order details aren’t available yet. The game will probably be available to the public in May 2025 as soon as possible, and we don’t anticipate getting any pre-order announcement until the company nails down that official date. However, we expect the game to be available for pre-orders in March 2025 and will be up on the Steam platform as well.

Crimson Desert was initially designed for a single-player mode, but the multiplayer mode will be added going forward. The game is set in the same universe used by Black Desert Online (BDO) and features Kliff Macduff as the main protagonist of the story.

The story is all about survival on Pywel Island, and to stay alive in the game and to defeat enemy monsters; players have to dodge, parry, and land blows in every hook and corner. The official page confirms the PC and console launches and features the use of multiple next-gen weapons and character creation options. However, there is no information about the Crimson Desert switch release.
